How do I keep deer out of my vegetable garden?
I like to grow sweet corn and other things that deer love to devour. Is there anything that I can plant or leave out to discourage the deer.
I don’t want to kill them. Would it help to put some extra corn in a feeder and feed them away from the garden. Are there some deer resistant vegetables and some deer repelling plants I can plant around my corn?

Google for a list of resistant vegetables first and then put those around the outside so they will have to get past the ones they don’t like to eat the ones they do.
Or you could erect a fence around it.
Or, you could just ask God to keep them out because deer love the food since it’s natural and in their habitat.
Make some homemade deer repellent that is natural and spray them.
Electric fencing works great but check your zoning laws before you install it. If you live that far out to have that much land, it shouldn’t be a problem. Put at least two strands up.
Go to your local dog groomer and ask for a bag or two of hair clippings. Spread it around the parameter of your garden and mulch it into the ground a little. Deer tend to stay away from domesticated dogs, the smell of their hair should ward them off nicely.
